Warranty & Customer Service
One-Year Comprehensive Warranty standard.
Unlike a 3rd Party Extended Home Warranty (which only covers certain items), Johanson Construction's One-Year Comprehensive Warranty covers items that need repair or replacement due to defects in materials or workmanship.
Extended Home Warranty available.
Unlike Homeowners insurance, an extended home warranty covers many of the
mechanical components of your new home after your standard one-year warranty expires. Comprehensive coverage is
available for heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical systems, as
well as most major home appliances.
In the event one of these
mechanical components becomes faulty or breaks altogether, your home
warranty will cover the cost of the repair or replacement less a small
deductible.
It certainly gives you peace of mind knowing that
you are protected, especially when most of your resources get tied up
in the acquisition of a new home. The last thing you need are
additional expenses when something breaks!
